What’s in Season
Health experts and chefs often say you should eat “seasonally,” or include foods in your diet that are grown at the same time of the year you eat them. For example, that means members of the pumpkin family in the summer and fall, and artichokes in the spring. We won’t hold you to that, but here is a handy resource of what is available when, and what you will find for sale by our vendors.
